Snack's MySpace (“the site”) is a personal, non-commercial website. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

Applications

Submitting a friend request application is voluntary. All information you provide must be truthful. The site administrator reviews applications at their discretion and is under no obligation to accept or respond to any application.

Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional emails about your application status (acceptance or rejection). These are not marketing emails.

By providing your phone number (optional), you consent to receive SMS messages about your application status. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit automated, fraudulent, or spam applications
• Attempt to access the admin area without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the site

We reserve the right to block or rate-limit submissions that appear abusive.

Intellectual property

Site content, design, and code are the property of the site owner. You retain ownership of any content you submit in your application.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site. Oreo preference compatibility scores are not legally binding, despite what the application form says.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
